Having spent decades in the gym working out, I've always practiced a balanced variety of Western-style fitness from weight lifting to cardio exercise. As my body ages, my personal wellness practice expands. These days I practice more Eastern modalities and yoga for the balanced health of my body-mind-spirit
MIND: Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness has been my experience and natural state for as long as I can remember. Mindfulness is part of everything I teach.
I enjoy helping you find the meditation style that best suits you. I use many types of meditations in my own practice, specializing in the Chakras and Chakra meditations.
Chakras are junctions points between consciousness and physiology. These centers of energy govern the core physical and emotional functions of our being. I can illuminate, heal and nourish all three physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of my being through the Chakras
SPIRIT: A Course in Miracles
A Course in Miracles is a roadmap to Self, Source, relationships, living in the present, peace, joy and eternity. It guides you to higher consciousness and awareness of your own mind and spirit in action.
